I bought a fake product. Can Valigard help?
Valigard works for brands and rights owners. If you bought a counterfeit, contact the marketplace where you ordered it: most offer a refund or guarantee process for buyers. You can also tell the brand, which can report the listing.
Can Valigard remove a listing for me?
No. Valigard helps you find suspicious listings and prepare the evidence, and each marketplace decides on removal. You file the report through the marketplace's own process, following the reporting guide in the platform.
