Can a distributor report a listing?

Marketplaces generally accept reports from the rights owner or an authorized agent. With a letter of authorization from the brand owner, you can file on their behalf.

Can Valigard tell grey-market goods from counterfeits?

Valigard shows each listing's photos, price, seller and country. Whether the goods are genuine but unauthorized, or fake, is for the brand owner to determine, sometimes with a test purchase.

Can I limit searches to my countries?

Yes. Choose up to 10 countries per search, at $0.30 per country, and switch worldwide results off.

Can the brand owner see my findings?

Yes. Invite them to your workspace, or send the PDF evidence pack or CSV export.
