Add each product with its official photos, the ones on your own listings and packaging: counterfeit sellers reuse them. Paste your product page and Valigard fills in the details for you.

Questions about getting started.

What do I need before I start?

An email address or a Google account, and the official photos of the product you want to protect: the ones on your own listings and packaging. Your product page helps too, because Valigard can fill in the details from it.

What is the follow-up search?

After the photo search, you mark the listings that look like copies. The follow-up round then searches again from those listings, to find more of the same copies. It is prepaid with the photo search.

Can I stop after the free search?

Yes. The account and the first search are free, and there is no subscription. You add credit only if you decide to run more searches or actions.

Does Valigard file the reports?

No. Valigard shows how to report on each marketplace and prepares the text to send. You file the report on the marketplace, then log its status and case number in Valigard.

Can my team work on the same searches?

Yes. Team members share products, searches and counterfeits, and Team activity shows who reviewed what and how much each person spent.
