Is Valigard free?
Creating an account is free, and your first search is on us: it shows the top 20 results with price and seller details. After that, you pay only for the actions you run.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no package and no annual contract. You add credit to your balance from $5 and each action is paid from it.
How much does a search cost?
The photo search price depends on the photos searched and the pages read, and is shown before the search runs. The follow-up round is prepaid with it, and each specific country adds $0.30. In the demo, a search of three photos in two countries costs $5.96 in total.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, in USD. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Valigard never sees your card. Every charge appears in your billing history.
Am I charged when a page cannot be opened?
A retry that still can't open the page is not charged, and your billing history shows it that way. A retry that opens it costs $0.10.
Can I see what my team spent?
Yes. Team activity shows the amount spent per person, and the billing history lists every charge with the action and the marketplace.
