A saved page with its date and time documents what was online. How it is used, and what else is needed, is for your counsel to decide. Valigard does not give legal advice.

Can outside counsel work in Valigard?

Yes. Invite them to the workspace as members, or send them an evidence pack as a PDF or a CSV export.

Does Valigard decide whether a product is counterfeit?

No. Valigard highlights warning signs and organizes the information. The determination belongs to the rights holder, an authorized representative or qualified counsel.

Can we track reports we filed outside Valigard?

Yes. Log the status, the marketplace and the case number on the listing, so the record stays complete.
