Complaints about Alibaba.com listings go through the Alibaba International IP Protection Platform at ipp.aidcgroup.net, the same portal used for AliExpress, Lazada and Miravia. Rights owners and their agents register their IP, file takedown requests and follow counter-notices. Taobao, Tmall and 1688 are handled by a separate Taobao and Tmall Group portal.

No. Those marketplaces use the Taobao and Tmall Group IP protection platform (ipp.alibabagroup.com). Check which platform a listing belongs to before you file.
