How Valigard protects your workspace.
Valigard encrypts traffic in transit, stores passwords only as a hash and never receives card numbers, which stay with Stripe or PayPal. The service runs on infrastructure in the EU, each workspace owner controls who has access, and every review decision and charge is recorded.
Our practices

Each point comes from our data processing terms and privacy policy.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic between your browser and Valigard is encrypted.
Hashed passwords
Passwords are stored only as a hash. Nobody at Valigard can read yours, and a reset is always a link emailed to you.
No card numbers
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Card numbers are entered on their pages and never reach Valigard.
Hosted in the EU
The service runs on infrastructure in the EU. Some subprocessors operate outside it, so data may be transferred internationally.
Owner-controlled access
A workspace owner adds and removes members and can see everything in the workspace. Seller research is visible only to the workspace that asked.
Credentials stay server-side
Provider credentials are stored on the server and never returned to the browser once saved.
Accountability
A record of every decision and every charge.
Valigard records the review decisions each member makes. Charges are recorded against your workspace with the units behind each one, so any charge can be traced to the run that caused it.

Your data
Where it goes, and when it is deleted.
You stay in control of what is in your workspace. For the data you put into it, you are the controller and Valigard is the processor.
Product images and listing URLs go to search, page-retrieval and model providers. Each receives only what its function requires.

Data processing →Deleting a workspace removes its products, listings and evidence. Seller details are deleted after 12 months.
