How AliExpress handles reports.

Complaints about AliExpress listings go through the Alibaba International IP Protection Platform at ipp.aidcgroup.net. Rights owners and their agents register an account and their IP, then file takedown requests and follow any counter-notice from the seller. One complaint can cover many listing URLs. Foreign trademarks are accepted, although a Chinese registration usually makes enforcement smoother.

Which portal handles AliExpress complaints?

The Alibaba International IP Protection Platform (ipp.aidcgroup.net), which also covers Alibaba.com, Lazada and Miravia. Taobao, Tmall and 1688 use a separate Taobao and Tmall Group portal.

Do I need a Chinese trademark?

Not necessarily. IPP accepts foreign IP registrations, but a trademark registered in China usually makes complaints faster and harder to dispute.

What happens if the seller disputes my complaint?

Sellers can file a counter-notice, which you can follow in IPP. Valigard keeps the saved page and the listing's history so you can answer with evidence.
