No. Valigard monitors marketplace listings, not trademark office registers. To be alerted to new applications that conflict with your mark, use a trademark watch service alongside Valigard.

Can I exclude my authorized sellers?

Yes. Add them to each product's authorized sellers, and mark their listings as Authorized seller during review.

Can I see results by country?

Yes. Every listing shows its country, and you can limit a search to up to 10 countries.

Which marketplaces are covered?

Marketplaces worldwide, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Facebook and Instagram, plus regional stores and smaller sites.
