How Amazon handles reports.
Brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry report through its Report a Violation tool. Brands that are not enrolled can use Amazon's public Report Infringement form, open to rights owners and their agents with any Amazon account. For a counterfeit claim, Amazon asks how you determined the goods are not genuine, for example through a test purchase.
