Do I need a registered trademark?

Not to use Valigard. Most marketplaces ask for proof of rights, often a registered trademark, when you file a report. Each reporting guide lists what that marketplace needs.

Can I protect only one product?

Yes. Start with one product and one marketplace, then add products and countries when you are ready.

What if the search finds nothing?
